Overview[]
The Loan Agreement increases your successor's starting Gold. By default you start with 500 gold each new Generation, but with the Loan Agreement you start with additional gold to give your heroine a jump start. There are a maximum of 100 levels for this Artefact.

Strategy[]
This was a mostly unused item until the release in March of 2016. As part of that release, Everywear changed the level cap from 10 to 100. More importantly, they added a 5000% multiplier called "Loan Agreement of Power" that appears in your inventory tab on the watch app. This actually adds 50x to your achievement bonus, so if you already have an achievement bonus, you aren't actually getting 50x damage increase, but it is still very helpful to progression.
